Kirsten Lea makes her Hollywood Debut

Kirsten Lea made her Hollywood movie debut this year alongside acclaimed actor Robert Downey Jnr., in the highly anticipated production of ‘The Soloist’, directed by Joe Wright (Atonement, Pride & Prejudice).

The film, produced by Steven Speilberg’s Dreamworks production company, follows the story of a very talented, but schizophrenic, homeless musician (played by Academy Award winning actor, Jamie Foxx) who dreams of playing at the Walt Disney Concert Hall.

Kirsten plays a supporting role as an awards presenter who has a liaison with the City Mayor.

Kirsten rose to the challenge of working alongside Hollywood’s finest and was complimented by Robert on more than one occasion, when he commented that she had, “good instincts for acting” and “expected to work with her again.”

The film is due for release in the United States on 21st November 2008 and in the UK on 6th February 2009.
